Sorry for the protracted absence and thank you to all those who have emailed me expressing concern.

Billy! I was just thinking of you this morning. I was reading the Sunday Times magazine on the bus to work; it featured an article on British expats (mainly in Spain), and the impact of the ‘economic situation’, and I hope that you are doing ok and that the hectic-ness is not about uprooting your life due to external circumstances. x, e (you’ll know me when you see me … change of persona … long story).
